Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation Promotional Offer

 

1. General Terms

This promotional offer applies exclusively to full-service kitchen and bathroom renovations with a minimum contract value of NZD $27,000 (inclusive of GST). The offer includes specified allowances, fixtures, fittings, and trade services as outlined below. All works are subject to availability, scheduling, and compliance with New Zealand building codes and regulations.


2. Kitchen Renovation Promotion

2.1 Eligibility

Clients are eligible for the kitchen promotion upon signing a renovation contract valued at NZD $27,000 or more (inclusive of GST).

2.2 Promotional Inclusions

  •  Free Fridge Allowance
    A NZD $1,000 credit toward the purchase of a refrigerator. This allowance is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Inclusive Trades
    The renovation includes all necessary trades:

    • Licensed plumber

    • Registered electrician

    • Qualified tiler

    • Cabinetmaker/joiner

    • Stone benchtop installer

    • Project management and coordination

  • Splashback Tiling
    Up to 3 square meters of tiled splashback is included. $50 per sqm allowance. Additional tiling will be quoted separately.

  • Stone Benchtop
    Supply and installation of a Category C stone benchtop engineered stone is included. Specific material selection may affect final pricing if upgrades are chosen.

  • New undermount sink, 1 ½ bowl, no mixer included.

  • Cabinetry

  • All kitchen cabinetry systems will feature soft-close hinges and drawer runners.

  • All doors, drawers and panel colours to be selected from our promo range.

  • All handles included, $10-$15 allowance per handle

  • Premium Kitchen System
    Client may select one specialty kitchen system from the following options:

    • Pull-out pantry unit

    • Corner carousel

    • Bin drawer system

    • Spice rack pull-out

    • Other options subject to availability

  • Plumbing/Electrical work

  • To disconnect and reconnect any fixtures and fitting needed for the kitchen reno (No allowance for new plumbing or electrical extras, eg LED lights, plumbed fridge)

  • Any new appliances (not the fridge) to be purchased by the client.

  • No allowance given for any repositioning of fixtures and fittings

ANY UPGRADES ARE WELCOMED - MAY BE DISCUSSED ON SITE AND ADDED AS AN ADDITIONAL COST


3. Bathroom Renovation Promotion

3.1 Eligibility

Clients are eligible for the bathroom promotion upon signing a renovation contract valued at NZD $27,000 or more (inclusive of GST).

3.2 Promotional Inclusions

  • Fixtures and Fittings Allowance
    A NZD $4,000 credit toward the supply of specified bathroom fixtures and fittings. This allowance is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Inclusive Trades
    The renovation includes all necessary trades:

    • Licensed plumber

    • Registered electrician

    • Qualified tiler

    • Builder

    • Project management and coordination

  • Floor Tiling
    Tiled flooring and waterproofing is included. Wall tiling is excluded unless otherwise agreed on an upgrade. Tiling allowance of $50 per sqm.

  • New Gib Walls
    All bathroom walls will be replaced with new gib board, ready for painting or finishing.

  • Plumbing/Electrical work

  • To disconnect and reconnect any fixtures and fitting needed for the bathroom reno (No allowance for new plumbing or electrical extras, eg LED mirror, bath tub)

  • No allowance given for any repositioning of fixtures and fittings

  • Fixtures and Fittings Supplied
    The following items are included within the $4,000 allowance:

    • 600mm wall-hung vanity

    • 600mm mirror cabinet

    • Acrylic shower box (up to and including 900mm x 900mm)

    • Shower mixer, slide rail, and waste

    • Back-to-wall standard toilet

    • Heated towel rail

    • Toilet roll holder

    • Robe hooks

    • Hand towel rail

    • Vanity mixer and waste


4. Additional Terms

  • Upgrades and Variations
    Any upgrades, variations, or additional work beyond the scope of this promotion will be quoted and invoiced separately.

  • Selections and Approvals
    Clients must finalise all selections (fixtures, finishes, systems) and fill our job requirement form prior to commencement of works. Delays in selection may affect project timelines.

  • Scheduling and Availability
    Project start dates are subject to availability. The provider reserves the right to adjust timelines due to supply chain delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Compliance and Warranty
    All works will be completed in accordance with New Zealand building codes. Standard workmanship warranties apply. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied fixtures and fittings.

  • Non-Transferability
    Promotional allowances are specific to the contracted renovation and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

  • Promotion Validity
    This offer is valid only for contracts signed within the promotional period. The provider reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
